Lagentaarten

Lagentaarten zijn de ultieme verwennerij voor verjaardagen en speciale gelegenheden, maar natuurlijk ook gewoon om jezelf te trakteren. Van de schwarzwaldertaart tot en met de met crème gevulde worteltaart worden alle lagentaarten gemaakt door lagen biscuitdeeg af te wisselen met siroop en crèmevullingen, jam of icings. Elke creatie wordt vervolgens afgewerkt met decoraties zoals slagroomtoeven, chocoladecoating of gemalen nootjes, chocolade of kokos.

Round Layer Cakes

Whether large or small, multi-layered or with just two layers, round layer cakes come in every color, texture and taste, from birthday cakes and wedding cakes, to simple sponges for a weekend treat.

Accurate depositing of batters, fillings and toppings, and gentle handling ensures perfectly layered products and minimal waste.

Sheet Layer Cakes

Sponge layers are baked in large rectangular tray and sandwiched together with one or more imaginative fillings, and finished with toppings and decorations.

Easy to cut into individually sized portions, sheet layer cakes are ideal for packaging into slices that can be enjoyed as a treat anywhere during the day or evening.

GEA opens new technology center, strengthening its position in the growing pharmaceutical applications market

Together with Mona Neubaur, Minister of Economic Affairs of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, GEA CEO Stefan Klebert has opened a new technology center for pharmaceutical freeze-drying systems in Elsdorf, Germany. GEA employs approximately 260 people at the facility, which combines research and development with production and service under one roof.
