Finally, the first real oven-baked croquette
Belgian croquette company TNS, based in Eeklo in East Flanders, has unveiled the world’s very first real oven-baked croquette that makes absolutely no use of frying oil in the production process. Innovative filtration for light brines
Good brine filtration is important when marinating meat products to help ensure consistent production, food quality and product safety. The new GEA ScreenFilter passively filters brine avoiding protein activation that can clog needles and filters when injecting ham, poultry and bacon products. When combined with the GEA MultiJector, users benefit from less downtime, better injection stability and lower brine wastage.
GEA PowerPak PLUS | Discover The Power of Performance
Before designing the new PowerPak PLUS, GEA product experts and engineers asked customers with different functions within the food packaging industry about the every-day challenges they faced in running a highly efficient thermoforming packaging line. The result of this project is the GEA PowerPak PLUS, which sets new standards in thermoforming: it drives productivity and efficiency while delivering the highest pack quality.
