Precision and efficiency in the production of bakery products represent fundamental pillars in the bakery industry and, in particular, in the production of cookies and biscuits. GEA is distinguished by its meticulous and careful approach; from the design of production lines for cookies and biscuits, to their specific implementation based on the needs of individual customers, every detail is designed to ensure maximum precision, enabling high productions of high-quality cookies quickly and with minimal waste. Moreover, in our technologies, we always strive to maintain hygienic designs to ensure safety in the finished products and streamline the cleaning processes.
Met extruders en co-extruders, ovens en koelsystemen van GEA worden perfect vlakke, gedecoreerde, gevulde of sandwichkoekjes geproduceerd. Onze state-of-the-art systemen kunnen een groot assortiment deeg, mengsels en vullingen hanteren en verwerken.
GEA machines en productielijnen zijn ontworpen voor efficiëntie, betrouwbaarheid en duurzaamheid. Deegdosering met het GEA individuele lobbenpompsysteem verzekert dat exact de juiste hoeveelheid mengsel wordt gedeponeerd voor elk koekje, voor perfect gevormde producten met minimale verspilling. Aanpassingen aan de werkparameters zijn mogelijk terwijl de machines draaien, zodat stilstand nog verder wordt gereduceerd.
Voor de productie van draadgesneden koekjes en het doseren van glad beslag op platen bieden we een veelzijdige doseermachine die vloeibare, dichte en geklopte mengsels kan hanteren, met of zonder kleine deeltjes.
Ons model co-extruder kan tegelijkertijd twee verschillende deegmengsels en een vloeibare vulling doseren, rechtstreeks op een ovenband of op bakplaten op een transportband.
Het speciale systeem voor sandwichkoekjes automatiseert het omkeren van koekjes, het doseren van de vulling en het bedekken ervan, voor een optimale efficiëntie en doorvoercapaciteit.
GEA ovens zorgen ervoor dat ieder koekje de perfecte kleur en de gewenste textuur heeft. Wanneer ze op volle toeren draaien is er geen bediener nodig voor onze ovens, en het dikste, meest efficiënte isolatiesysteem op de markt bespaart energie en kosten.
GEA gaat voor haar klanten tot het uiterste en biedt expertise op het gebied van proces- en voedingsmiddelentechnologie bij de twee GEA Bakery Experience Centers (BEC) in Italië. Deze centra helpen klanten om bestaande processen voor gevestigde recepten te verbeteren en processen voor nieuwe recepten en bakkersconcepten te ontwikkelen. Recepten en processen worden getest op een reeks bakkerijapparaten en technologieën van GEA, om het meest efficiënte, kosteneffectieve en duurzame proces voor producten van de hoogste kwaliteit te bedenken. De technici en ingenieurs bij het BEC testen bovendien elke GEA-machine die de fabriek verlaat voor aflevering bij de fabriek van de klant.
