Many industrial liquid waste streams still contain valuable hydrocarbons that can be recovered for reuse, energy recovery or further processing. At the same time, water, sludge and suspended solids must be removed to reduce disposal volumes and support downstream treatment.
GEA decanter centrifuges and separators provide highly efficient separation of oil, water and solids. Decanters remove sludge and coarse solids, while separators polish the liquid phases by removing fine solids and residual water. This enables maximum oil recovery, cleaner water streams and significantly reduced waste volumes.
