De 2-fasenseparatiedecanter is een centrifuge waarin de geklaarde en gesepareerde oliefase via de zwaartekracht wordt afgevoerd aan de vloeistofzijde van de decanter, terwijl de zware vloeibare fase de decanter samen met de vaste stoffen verlaat.
