Werkingsprincipe
De mengvleugels worden onafhankelijk direct aangedreven en maken verschillende mixbewegingen voor een optimale menging en proteïne-extractie. De variabele snelheid van de vleugels is standaard, wat de machine een grote flexibiliteit geeft. De ProMix is standaard uitgerust met uitlaten die gesloten blijven, ongeacht de productdruk.

Hygiëne
De machine is ontworpen volgens de meest recente sanitaire ontwerpnormen en biedt de mogelijkheid om reinigingsnozzles toe te voegen voor gemakkelijke reiniging. De asafdichtingen kunnen eenvoudig worden geopend/verwijderd voor reiniging.

Prestatie
Als koeling nodig is, kan de ProMix worden voorzien van air liquide-nozzles voor bodeminjectie van vloeibare CO2 of N2, voor de meest efficiënte koeling. Dankzij de optimalisatie van het design, de regelingen en air liquide-nozzles kunnen we tot 30% besparen op het gasverbruik in vergelijking met conventionele bodeminjectiesystemen. In vergelijking met topinjectie kunnen we tot 50% besparen op het gasverbruik.
