The GEA FIBC emptying stations is designed to enable a single operator to discharge bulk bags of product into a powder process system.
Aplicación
La estación de vaciado FIBC permite la descarga de bolsas a granel con un revestimiento de plástico y boquillas, de forma higiénica. El revestimiento se fija y sella a la tolva durante el vaciado para contener el polvo y evitar la entrada de materiales extraños.
Con el elevador suspendido del techo o integrado en el bastidor, es adecuado para la mayoría de los procesos de vaciado de bolsas a granel.

Velocidad de vaciado: < 5-6 bolsas/h, dependiendo del tipo y tamaño de la bolsa
