强制循环蒸发器有哪些特性？
- 运行周期长。
沸腾/蒸发不会发生在加热表面，而是发生在分离器中。因此，可以最小化列管加热器中的结壳和沉淀造成的结垢。
- 优化的换热表面。
换热管中的流速由循环泵决定。
工作原理
强制循环蒸发器是如何工作的？液体通过循环泵循环通过列管加热器，并在高于正常沸腾压力的压力下过热。通过进入分离器，液体中的压力迅速降低，导致一些液体被闪蒸或迅速沸腾。
由于保持了液体循环，管中的流速和液体温度可以独立于预先选择的温差进行控制，以满足产品要求。
