RPL - Roterende reiniger
De roterende reiniger zeeft de grondstof en scheidt deze van vreemde voorwerpen of deeltjes met een grootte die afwijkt van de vereiste parameters.
Het product wordt door de schroef in een trommel getransporteerd waar een draaiende garde het product over hele oppervlak van de flexibele zeef centrifugeert. Het resulterende product is gezeefd, terwijl het afval wordt uitgestoten door de machine. De roestvrij stalen trommel is gemakkelijk te vervangen en leverbaar in geperforeerd staalplaat of gaas. De maasgrootte van de zeef hangt af van het type product dat moet worden gezeefd.
