PRC - Schroefpomp
Systeem voor het doseren van harde vullingen door een schroefpomp.
De vulling wordt in de trechter geladen en een roterende schoep voedt de doseerschroef die wordt aangedreven door een tandwielmotor. Daarna wordt het product gedoseerd naar de volgende machine in de lijn.
De PRC heeft een veiligheidsrooster aan de bovenkant dat kan worden verwijderd om reinigingswerkzaamheden te vergemakkelijken. De doseerschroef is van kunststof terwijl de tank van roestvrij staal is, wat het wasproces vergemakkelijkt. Het draagframe staat op wielen om de machine gemakkelijker te kunnen (ver)plaatsen.
De PRC kan werken met harde vullingen met een vochtigheidspercentage van 35% tot 50%.
