The PopCooler F is a continuous lollipop cooling machine to allow flat and 3D lollipops to be cooled without deformation. Lollipop quality and shape are therefore perfectly retained. There are two models available; ensuring that the cooling machine you choose exactly meets your requirements.

Werkingsprincipe
Na het vormen en omwikkelen van de lolly's op de e FormWrap machine, worden de omwikkelde platte of 3D lolly's uit de vormmachine gevoerd via een transportband, die ze naar de PopCooler F brengt. Op de gesloten modulaire plastic band (food-grade) worden de lolly's ongeveer 6 - 7 minuten afgekoeld met behulp van omgevingslucht.

Hygiëne
Na iedere 8 tot 10 bedrijfsuren moet de machine worden schoongemaakt in overeenstemming met een reinigingsschema dat in de handleiding van onze machine is opgenomen. Alle GEA Aquarius lollymachines hebben een CE-merk. GEA Food Solutions verklaart dat de GEA Aquarius lollymachines overeenstemmen met de fundamentele vereisten voor hygiënische constructies zoals vermeld in het CE-merk.
