Modem to connect between customer and GEA Weert. Will enable remote support and intervention (if agreed) in the area of the electronics. Supports up to four machines.
Back up power supply for controls
In case of power cut, system provides power to 24VDC circuit of the machine, to secure machine setting.
Virtual network connection
In case of broken touch screen, machine can be operated via laptop.
Spare parts package

On request there is also a possibility to fill the lollipops in boxes at speeds up to 20 containers per minute. Via automatic infeed of the lollipops out of the GEA Aquarius PopCooler B unit the lollipops are transported via, easy to clean, food grade belts towards the GEA Aquarius wrapping machines and after being wrapped to be transported further to a single point to be packed further for transportation.
