Características y ventajas
Con el uso de membranas cerámicas, la filtración de cerveza se realiza con mayor fiabilidad del proceso, pues en el caso de una correcta integración, no hay riesgo de que se rompa la membrana. La cerámica es neutra para los alimentos, por lo que no presenta riesgo de contaminación. La vida de servicio de las membranas cerámicas es de 10 años como mínimo. Los costes de personal son reducidos. No se necesitan agentes de limpieza caros especiales.
