• An operating slice and pack line that includes the GEA UniSlicer L and a PowerPak 1000. Ideal for start-ups and mid-sized manufacturers, this combination can be counted on to deliver low operating costs and high productivity. From sausages to sliced turkey, the line caters to a diverse product line with varying package types including vacuum, MAP and skin. It also handles the green packaging so important to today’s consumer.
• Whether you need your food products pack-ready for retail or food service, the hygienic version of the GEA SmartPacker CX400 is your ultimate choice in terms of capacity, technical options and range of bag styles. It features stainless-steel film feed, sealed bearing rollers with an ultra-smooth ViwateQ® surface treatment and sloping surfaces to avoid contamination. The design meets the hygienic standards for meat and individually quick frozen (IQF) protein products.
• Boosting productivity to new heights, the CX400’s Smart Sealing System has marked the beginning of a new era of productivity. With the ability to seal up to 1 million bags without changing, its ‘click and go’ sealing strip replacement feature ensures minimal downtime and maximum output.
• The third generation GEA CookStar 1000 offers ultimate flexibility by providing the opportunity to dry, steam, cook, roast, and smoke food products with more power, unbeatable precision and better performance. The spiral oven provides higher capacity, better yield, better quality and consistency, increased flexibility, greater efficiency and the lowest lifetime cost.
• Every great chef has a defining signature dish. Ours is a perfectly succulent chicken that achieves up to 10% more yield: GEA Signature Chicken! Our recipe: combining best-in-class technology and application know-how in injection and cooking. The highly accurate GEA MultiJector 2mm locks in juicy marinades, while GEA’s legendary CookStar oven cooks fast and with precision. The result: a signature dish that your bottom line and your customers will love!
• Our GEA MultiJector 2mm now has a new partner – the GEA Modular Injector Filter. Combined with the injector, this filter increases the uptime available for processing poultry, meats and seafood. The combination unit will be on display.
• Looking at fried food, our GEA ProFry produces a product of the highest quality by focusing on the most sensitive areas of the process. It sets new technology standards with its patented oil circulation and conditioning system. Additionally, the fryer puts data transparency and traceability at the forefront via an advanced control that continuously collects process data from several data points in the machine.
• We’re offering a demo of GEA InsightPartner at the booth. Stop by and learn how technical and operation managers can access real-time machine data in a simple format via a web application. It allows tracking of equipment performance and can relate it back to KPIs for optimization of productivity.
• When it’s time to take care of the other 50% of meat production, we have you covered. GEA Separation partners with the rendering industry, providing process lines and expertise that helps to maximize the value of meat by-products. Our 2-phase and 3-phase decanters are rugged and efficient. A hygienic version is also available.
• Ideal for applications up to +95°C / 203°F and a design pressure of 63 bar, GEA V XHP compressors meet industrial requirements in the food, beverage and dairy industries, for cleaning and other industrial processes. The compressor, which is available in four versions (four, six, eight and 10 cylinders) is an important component of GEA RedGenium heat pumps.
• Learn, experiment and innovate at one of our GEA Technology Centers. For food processing and packaging, we have a facility in Frisco, TX available for customer use.
