Modular Injector FilterTM
The GEA Modular Injector Filter provides complete brine filtration in one advanced, modular system. Designed to work seamlessly with the GEA MultiJector, it stores and filters brine to keep it in optimal condition, preventing clogged needles and ensuring consistent injection performance.
Its flexible configuration allows combinations of filtration modules, such as screen filtration or fat removal, making it suitable for both low- and high-viscosity brines.
GEA NeedleCleaner
The GEA NeedleCleaner automatically cleans needles and blocks in one cycle. Its five-stage process combines cold and hot water, ultrasonic vibration, high-pressure air, and UV treatment.
This ensures fast, reliable cleaning without manual effort, prevents cross-contamination, and keeps needles in optimal condition for consistent performance at every start-up.
GEA MultiShaker
