Tests can be done to prepare recipes and clarify important process parameters such as temperature profiles and production times, which expedites scale-up and process development.

It also provides customers with the opportunity to reduce batch cycle times, improve product homogeneity, increase shelf-life and reduce the time-to-market for new products. Fully equipped with direct steam, flash cooling, flow control on all important processes, recipe control, high pressure/vacuum, temperature and process control enables processing of a wide range of products.

Our GEA INLINE FORMULA® SOL High Shear Test Mixer 750L is often the preferred choice for continuous mixing solutions when high product output is required.
