The GEA INLINE FORMULA® SOL High Shear Mixer is versatile, hygienic and also suitable for multipurpose manufacturing. Typical applications of this mixer include low viscosity products such as juice, soft drinks, liquid food and recombined milk products.

The extremely versatile INLINE FORMULA® SOL High Shear Mixer can be used to improve an existing production line or replace existing equipment. More than just a tank with a bottom-mounted high shear mixing device, the customizable multirotor integrated in the INLINE FORMULA® SOL High Shear Mixer comprises a high shear mixing device for effective dispersion and a centrifugal pump that feeds the downstream process.

Our INLINE FORMULA® SOL High Shear Mixer can be equipped with both internal and external recirculation. The internal recirculation reintroduces the product into the tank in the opposite direction of the rotor/stator flow. This creates a more chaotic mixing, which then functions as a vortex breaker despite volume. The external recirculation can lead the product to a buffer tank before it is reintroduced to the mixer or for further downstream processing.

The BATCH FORMULA® PRO High Shear Mixer is available with and without vacuum and therefore optimizing mixing and process times. Typical applications include dressings, soups and sauces, beverages, dairy and home & personal care products.

We offer our customers in the food, beverage, dairy and HPC industries, the opportunity to trial their products before scaling up production. Our high shear test mixers are also available for rental.

The GEA INLINE FORMULA® Powder Dissolver offers high shear powder dissolving with a low footprint. Typical applications include dissolving of starch and stabilizers, recombined milk, milk and plant-based beverages, pre-mixers such as yogurt, desserts and ice cream, sugar and brine solutions.
