Configured with a flat base and circulation loop, GEA WORTSTAR® Combi combines the functions of a traditional whirlpool and boiler.
Using a speed adjustable wort circulation pump to create a strong centrifugal force, hot trub is efficiently separated and collected in the center of the vessel’s base. The result is a clearer wort, ready for the next stage of brewing.
