Охладитель леденцовой карамели
Для того, чтобы сохранить привлекательную форму леденца, сразу же после формования необходимо его охладить. После охлаждения леденцы направляются в оберточное устройство GEA Aquarius, предназначенное для улучшения их красивого внешнего вида.
Оборудование для охлаждения шарообразных леденцов
Линейка оборудования GEA Aquarius включает разные охладители для шарообразных леденцов и плоских 3D-леденцов, для леденцов в обертке или без нее. Возможны различные варианты конфигурации, в зависимости от необходимой производительности. Для вращения продуктов во время охлаждения используются качающиеся лотки, выбранные для обеспечения непрерывного процесса охлаждения.

Together with Mona Neubaur, Minister of Economic Affairs of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, GEA CEO Stefan Klebert has opened a new technology center for pharmaceutical freeze-drying systems in Elsdorf, Germany. GEA employs approximately 260 people at the facility, which combines research and development with production and service under one roof.
