
As Technical Service Support Engineer, you will be a key technical partner for customers, service teams, and sales colleagues. You will provide technical guidance, develop service solutions, and help ensure customers get the most value from their equipment.

Your Responsibilities:
Support Service Account Managers and regional teams with technical expertise during the sales process.
Identify and recommend the correct spare parts based on customer requirements and equipment configurations.
Develop spare parts packages, service documentation, and maintenance plans.
Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting to customers and field service engineers worldwide.
Prepare technical proposals for equipment upgrades and modifications
Contribute to technical training programs for customers and colleagues.
Support the resolution of complaints, claims, and technical issues in collaboration with internal experts.
A Bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, process engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Hands-on technical knowledge of pharmaceutical OSD equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with Microsoft Office and modern digital tools, including AI-supported solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and international stakeholders.
The ability to interpret technical documentation such as drawings, schematics, specifications, and P&IDs.
Experience in spare parts, service operations, installed-base management, or after-sales support is considered an advantage.
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
