Partners can participate based on their role and business model, including OEMs, System Integrators, Distributors, and Service Providers with dedicated partnership approaches tailored to their specific needs and contribution.

Are there any requirements or obligations that partners must meet?

Before the partner can participate in the Partner Program, a Framework Agreement is obligatory to be concluded with GEA.

Are there any costs associated with registration in the partner program for the partner?

The actual registration in the partner program is for partners free of charge.

Are there training sessions or training materials available to partners?

Accepted Answer

GEA offers training for partners in our GEA Academy. Employees will be trained by our GEA trainers, and they will have to pass partner-level specific written and practical tests. All training courses can take place at GEA factories so that you and your staff get to know the local facilities or be delivered directly to your site to best support your business needs.

Are there opportunities for advancement or growth within the partner program?

The discount will be adjusted on a yearly basis at the annual business development meeting, where partner classification is also discussed and reviewed.

How can partners terminate their collaboration with GEA?

Accepted Answer

Participation in the Partner Program can be terminated by either party at the end of the year. This does not apply to the contractual relationship. This is treated separately from the Partner Program and is set out in the contract (see notice period).

Partners may gain access to a range of digital solutions that support service execution, monitoring and customer support. Depending on the partner level and service scope, these may include GEA Portal, GEA Cloud Connect and selected digital service applications that help improve visibility, efficiency and service quality throughout the equipment lifecycle.
