From optimized product flow to precise granularity, its innovations improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure reliable operation when processing both fresh and frozen raw materials.
Unique two-worm configuration
The GEA PowerGrind features independent drives for the feeder and process worm. The feeder worm gently pre-cuts frozen blocks, preserving product quality and reducing fines. The faster process worm delivers the required granularity, ensuring consistent results and optimal yield across applications.
Auto-reverse feeder worm
The auto-reverse feeder worm optimizes product flow by avoiding overfeeding. If the processing worm is overloaded, the patented technology will automatically reverse and start the feeder worm. Cutting tools can be replaced easily even when the machine is loaded.
Hard particle sorting device
The optional sorting system automatically removes bone chips, connective tissue, and other hard particles with minimal meat loss. It collects particles at set intervals and ejects them pneumatically. The adjustable stroke frequency ensures an optimal balance between efficient removal and maximum yield.
Feeder worm extraction tool
The feeder worm extraction tool has been designed for easy handling and sanitation. Using the cleaning trolley, the worm can be removed and (dis)assembled easily by one operator. With the unique hinged lining, this provides easy access for optimal sanitation.
Wide range of cutting tools
The GEA PowerGrind offers flexible cutting configurations, including multiple cutting sets, knives, and hole plates to match different product requirements. The FlexGrind system extends tool life and reduces re-sharpening costs, delivering up to three times longer operational performance.
Optional fixed pre-cutter
Add an optional fixed pre-cutter for extremely high-power grinding. It reduces pressure on the knives to reduce wear and heat build-up.
Add loading and handling equipment to build a full line
GEA offers fully automated production lines with integrated buffering and transport systems for emulsion, premix, or ground meat. This eliminates manual handling and reduces the need for trolley storage. Full process control ensures consistent quality, improved traceability, and lower operational costs.

先端技術ユニークな2ウォーム構成
GEA PowerGrindは2ウォーム構成となっており、各ウォームには独立した駆動装置が付いています。低速で回転するフィーダー ウォームは、過剰な細粒（埃）を出すことなくインフィード領域でフローズンブロックを緩やかにカットし、ひき肉の品質を保持し、歩留まりを維持します。二段目の高速で回転する加工ウォームは、最適なホールプレートとともに、必要な挽目を生み出します。
オートリバース フィーダー ウォーム
オートリバース フィーダー ウォームは過剰フィードを避けることにより、製品の流れを最適化します。加工ウォームが過負荷状態になると、特許取得済みの技術により、フィーダー ウォームが自動的にリバースとなって始動します。カットツールは、機械に食品が入っているときでも簡単に交換できます。

PowerGrindを補完する追加装置とオプション除骨（硬異物）装置
オプションの除骨装置は、肉の損失を最小に抑えつつ、骨のかけら、結合組織などの硬い粒子を自動的に除去します。調整可能な間隔で異物を収集した後、異物が収集位置に戻ることなく空気圧により排出します。ストローク頻度は、最適な排出量/産出量比を得るよう簡単に調整可能です。
フィーダー ウォーム引抜きツール
フィーダー ウォーム引抜きツールは、取り扱いやすさと衛生性に配慮して設計されています。洗浄台車を使用して、1人のオペレーターが簡単にウォームを取り外し、分解または組立を行うことができます。独自のヒンジ式ライニングにより、簡単にアクセスでき、最適なサニタリー性を実現しています。
広範な種類のカットツール
GEA PowerGrindは、円筒形または円錐形のホールプレート、ソリッドナイフまたはインサート付きナイフ、異なる形状の製品穴を持つ様々なプレカッターなど、3つ目または5つ目のカッティングセットを用意しています。FlexGrindシステムに搭載されているカッティングヘッドは、工具寿命の延長を実現します。その結果、 工具寿命を最大3倍に延ばし、再研磨のコストを削減します。
オプションの固定プリカッター
超高負荷用途には、オプションの固定プリカッターを追加してください。ナイフへの圧力を低下させ、摩耗と発熱を低減します。
