先端技術効率的なバッターの使用
GEA WetCoaterは、装置内の最小量のバッターによって効率的に働きます。これは機械の始動時、および異なるバッターに切り替える際に、少量のバッターのみが使用されるということです。また、バッターの温度を制御しておくことにより、製品の均一なカバーが保証されます。
均一なバター付き
製品が機械から出るとき、過剰なバッターは吹き飛ばされ、工程に戻されます。上部および底部への空気の供給と分配は調整可能です。ブロワ―の位置と角度を効率的に変更することにより、均一なカバーが得られます。
