TL - Taglierina per lasagne
Sistema progettato per tagliare la pasta spianata cotta o i cannelloni, utilizzando una lama con controllo brushless e avanzamento sincronizzato via PLC.
La macchina è in acciaio inox, mentre la lama è in materiale plastico ed è dotata di molle per regolare la pressione di taglio. Questo sistema di taglio ad alta frequenza garantisce l'assenza di danni al prodotto, particolarmente rilevante per i cannelloni.
Grazie alla sua struttura in acciaio inox, è facilmente lavabile.
