Il design dei compressori GEA Grasso SP1 HP (alta pressione) è basato sulla linea classica e di successo GEA Grasso SP1. Specifici elementi di design e caratteristiche rilevanti per il raffreddamento con CO2 o per l'utilizzo come pompa di calore con NH3 rendono la serie SP1 HP la scelta più efficiente e affidabile per qualsiasi applicazione di questo tipo.
Per oltre dieci anni i sistemi di compressori a vite GEA sono stati utilizzati in innumerevoli progetti di refrigerazione a CO2 e pompe di calore a NH3. Questa pluriennale esperienza ha contribuito a trasformare unità personalizzate in una nuova gamma di modelli standard ad alta pressione.
La serie è costituita da 20 modelli (dimensione del telaio del compressore) per le pompe di calore a NH3 e 17 modelli (dimensione del telaio del compressore) per le applicazioni a CO2.
Aspetti principali e caratteristiche tecniche
- La più ampia gamma di capacità di raffreddamento a CO2 e di riscaldamento a NH3 sul mercato
- Raffreddamento a CO2 fino a una temperatura di evaporazione di -54°C
- Unità a CO2 adatte alla modalità di sbrinamento con temperature di condensazione fino a +10°C
- I gruppi di pompe di calore a NH3 consentono temperature del dissipatore di calore fino a +85°C
- Possibilità di riscaldamento e raffreddamento combinati
- Motori a velocità variabile (opzionali) con velocità da 1.500 - 3.600 giri/min (modelli da R a XD 1.500 - 3.300 giri/min)
- Controllo capacità continua tramite inverter di frequenza e/o sistema a slitta
- Nuovo pannello di controllo GEA Omni con touchscreen ad alta definizione da 15.6"
