Microparticulación
La microparticulación tiene dos objetivos. El primero consiste en utilizar el producto de desecho, mientras que el segundo es evitar la repercusión de los productos de desecho en el medio ambiente a la vez que la necesidad de eliminarlos. Por ejemplo, el lactosuero microparticulado puede emplearse en un gran número de productos lácteos en lugar de la grasa o las proteínas de la leche.
