Advanced Technology
The GEA PowerPak 5000 gives you access to advanced technologies such as PowerHeat and PowerJet. Its modular design allows you to upgrade performance step by step as your production requirements evolve.
GEA PowerHeat
Designed for high-performance thermoforming, the GEA PowerHeat features up to 12 independent heating zones, an ultra-thin heating plate, and a temperature delta of just 1–2°C across the surface. This precise control not only ensures excellent forming quality but also enables up to 25% higher productivity and 30% energy savings.
GEA PowerJet
Packaging delicate or coated products often leads to sealing issues due to product movement during gassing. The GEA PowerJet addresses this with a laminar gas flow that minimizes turbulence inside the package. This reduces the movement of crumbs, slices or particles, resulting in a cleaner sealing area and fewer rejected packages.
GEA PowerLabel 7000
High‑speed labelling requires maximum output with minimal space and effort. The GEA PowerLabel 7000 delivers this through proven GEA technology, large label rolls up to 400 mm, and convenient one‑side operation, ensuring high throughput and easy handling in demanding packaging environments.

The water equation
Across Europe, drought is a recurring reality – and no longer confined to the south. While water increasingly shapes where industries locate, its value is determined by local context. There are many technological routes to water efficiency in industrial processes, but location, energy needs and other factors are also key.
