Highest speed packing in a double twist
The GEA Aquarius TwistWrapper is a continuous wrapping machine which can run at speeds from 600 to 1000 lollipops per minute. Handling ollipop diameters from 16 to 35 mm and accommodates fim reels up to 420 mm diameter.It achieves the highest speeds found in the market through smooth film handling, precise cutting and automatic feeding. The machine ensures less film costs per lollipop than with an intermittent wrapping machine. The machine is suitable for heat-sealable wrapping materials such as cellophane, polypropylene and laminates.

Our Overlapseal which is available on the TwistWrapper machine 600 ensures a hermetically sealed twistwrap.It can wrap lollipops from a diameter 16 up to 30 mm. Regular double-twist wrapping allows moisture to reach the lollipop. This hermetical seal ensures that moisture will not enter into the wrapping easily which prolongs the shelflife of your lollipops, particularly in areas with high atmospheric humidity. With the tear slit, the OverlapSeal double-twist is extremely easy to open. The film material polypropylene you will be needing with a double sealing layer (inner + outer side)
Patented induction sealing system
This heating system with contacless energy transfer seals ensures controlled temperature on each individual sealing station which results in a consistent and best quality of the wrapping around the stick at high speeds.

Options GEA TwistWrapperGEA container filling system
The container filling system can be directly linked to the wrapping machines. The container filling system is designed to run with one type of container box at a time. On request their is also a possibility to fill the lollipops in boxes instead of containers. The container has a standard height from 140 up to 230 mm and a standard diameter from 120 mm up to 230 mm. The standard form of the jars are is round or cylindrical containers.
