The KDB 3 completes the PureCon series as the smallest “family member” with a capacity of up to 200 kg/h fresh cheese (of 15.5 to max 18 % DS) and cream cheese “light” (of 18 to max 26 % DS).
Dairy skid KSE 10 for cream cheeses
The KSE 10 is your versatile solution for cream cheese and Mascarpone production – whether you're looking to test new recipes or launch a small-scale product line. Designed for flexibility, it operates with an output capacity of up to 500 kg/h in test mode and scales up to 1,000 kg/h for industrial production. Hot separation takes place at 80 °C, ensuring consistent, high-quality results. A compact yet powerful separator, the KSE 10 brings reliable performance and premium product quality to your small-scale dairy production.
