The control top can be mounted on the valve in a rotatable, alignable position and can withstand high mechanical loads. The circuit board and electronics of the GEA T.VIS® M-20 are protected against vibrations and moisture to the greatest possible extent.

Controlling pneumatic valve actuation with the digital control top

Up to three solenoid valves are built into the GEA T.VIS® M-20 control top. These are activated by the central control system through digital signal. According to the commands, they guide constantly applied compressed air to the valve actuator through different channels with minimum delay. This enables the control air to move the valve disk to the required open or closed position and keep it there.
