The new control top type GEA T.VIS® M-20 offers the entire range of modern control functions required in the majority of application points, plus additional advantages in terms of automated valve commissioning and efficient equipment management, second only to the top-class control top models from GEA.

With this new control top, the GEA T.VIS® family presents a compact, complete portfolio of control tops with consistent design principles for every GEA valve and area of application. The GEA T.VIS® A-15 control top is the specialist for the most demanding requirements and modes of operation, now perfectly supplemented by the GEA T.VIS® M-20 control top as the future-proof solution for all other applications.

The T.VIS® M-20 offers many convincing efficiency advantages that were previously reserved for T.VIS® A-15 users.

Automatic quick SETUP in seconds

Air – Power – Go: A fully automatic, smart Quick SETUP function handles the commissioning of the valve including the self-learning initialization of feedback. All in a matter of seconds and without specially trained personnel, which means significant savings of time and labor during commissioning, also after every maintenance.

Simplified equipment management thanks to standardized parts

Path measuring systems, solenoid valves, switching rods and connections are now designed uniformly for all GEA T.VIS® control tops. The resulting advantages for planning and spare parts logistics make it much easier to manage the process equipment, especially when any changes or extensions are planned later on.

Digital control top GEA T.VIS M-20

The T.VIS® M-20 is designed for the communication standards 24V DC and AS-Interface 3.0.

Two feedbacks and up to three solenoid valves are available to ensure secure valve control and monitoring operations.

The T.VIS® A-15 remains available in the GEA portfolio as the advanced state-of-the-art automation solution for highly demanding applications.
