与产品接触的所有零部件均采用不锈钢材质，框架设计大大减少了零部件的磨损，从而减少维护时间。
GEA V-Packer 分为三种不同的型号：
• GEA V-Packer Ap，配有气动密封钳；
• GEA V-Packer Am，配有电动密封钳；
• GEA V-Packer KXL，餐饮包装版本，配有一个电动密封钳，最大膜卷宽度扩大到800mm。
