A tradition of innovation in cutters
GEA is no newcomer to bowl cutting. Krämer+Grebe laid the foundation of today’s generation of GEA CutMasters over 80 years ago. Since then, we’ve developed the world’s first propeller cutter with a knife arm support from just one side. Then came the first vacuum bowl cutter and world’s first dual-knife cutter. We’ve also set cutting speed records on later machines. And so much more. Today’s GEA CutMaster Gen 3 comes with integrated AC technology. It has a new standardized user interface. Optional predictive and preventive maintenance systems are available too.

The CutMaster is GEA’s standard bowl cutter. It’s perfect for a wide range of product applications. The vacuum sealed CutMaster V excludes air from food emulsion. This simulates protein extraction and reduces the risk of jelly deposits. The CutMaster DUO has 2 knife heads. It’s ideal for dry fermented sausages such as salami.

The GEA CutMaster DUO is a bowl cutter, designed to give you extra cutting power for speedy processing. A second knife head with specially developed raw sausage knives in the same industrial bowl cutter means you can expect fast mixing and cutting of your raw sausage recipes, for significantly short batch times.
GEA CutMaster V
The versatile GEA CutMaster V Gen 3, cutting machine features a vacuum-sealed bowl which helps eliminate air from food emulsions during food processing. This feature contributes to improved yield, more dense, visually appealing emulsions and longer product shelf life.

GEA reports profitable growth for 2025 and expects accelerated revenue growth
GEA’s past fiscal year was one of significant growth and further profitability gains. In particular, the technology group substantially increased order intake, with all divisions contributing here. GEA also made progress in all Mission 30 strategic growth areas. In addition, GEA met key interim targets under its climate plan ahead of schedule. Major milestones in fiscal year 2025 were admission to the DAX index, the award of one of the largest contracts in the company’s history, and streamlining of the corporate structure.
