To strengthen our team in Switzerland, at location Kirchberg (BE), we are looking to fill the following management position as soon as possible:
Country Manager Division Farm Technologies Austria, Switzerland & Southeast Europe – (m/f/d)
Location: Switzerland (Kirchberg) or Austria (Vienna)
您的职责和任务：
- Lead and develop the Farm Technologies country/subregion organization for Austria, Switzerland & Southeast Europe (Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro & Kosovo)
- Support the development of divisional strategies and enrich them with local customer, market, and country insights
- Full P&L responsibility for all GEA Farm Technologies sales and service activities in ACH & SE
- Further develop, elaborate, and implement the FT country/sales strategy in alignment with the divisional strategy; manage budgeting and execute sales & service activities
- Support and develop the GEA FT ACH & SEE dealer network
- Assess the financial performance of small entities compared to importer setups
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers
您的职责和任务：
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or a technical discipline
- Internationally experienced expert in sales, service, and general management, with a strong focus on country sales
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an engineering‑driven environment
- Advanced understanding of business development and experience managing complex change processes
- Preferably experience with legal procedures and knowledge of labor law, Health & Safety legislation, and commercial regulations
- Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
- Strong analytical abilities, problem‑solving skills, and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities
- Proven leadership competencies, including the ability to lead and develop internationally and culturally diverse teams
