Area Sales Manager, Customer Service

Joining our office in Søborg, you will be welcomed into our Service Team. As competence center for service solutions for drying technologies, we ensure strong technical day-to-day support to our local service organizations across the world, enabling them to sell and deliver our complete range of services for spray drying technology solutions to our customers.

You will be responsible for supporting our regional sales offices to achieve growth and profitability targets through several revenue streams. This entails selling service contracts, replacement, upgrades, modernization, revamping or maybe an audit.

You will both carry out operational tasks within service sales activities, tactical tasks for regional reporting and forecasting through tasks on the strategic level – as well as recommend regional strategies that ensure a continuation of strong, profitable growth.

Your job will take you travelling internationally up to 80 days a year, and you will:

• Develop our market and be responsible for improving our customer’s business based on GEA’s offerings
• Work closely with our regional colleagues and customers and drive GEA’s relationship, and customer focus
• Be involved in several activities to strengthen our long-term business growth and market position, exploring new business opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives
• Build commercial business cases and offers for internal and external sales
• Coordinate all aspects of the service sales processes to contract closure, including pricing and internal approval
