As an entry-level configuration, the GEA PowerPak 420S was developed to operate efficiently with small to medium production outputs. This thermoforming packaging machine integrates the reliability and proven high-quality PowerPak components in a much smaller machine to achieve a compact footprint. Meanwhile its concept is geared towards speed. This means the GEA PowerPak 420S places the benefits of GEA thermoforming packaging machines at the disposal of users that process small volumes or require additional flexibility, such as for seasonal goods or distributed packaging operations in branch outlets.

GEA PowerPak 420X was developed to meet efficiently any customer's demands for packaging food and non-food products with small to medium production outputs. As a compact and versatile configuration, this thermoformer integrates the reliability and proven high-quality PowerPak components in a machine with a smaller footprint. Meanwhile it provides the same speed and can be set up as mirror image. This makes the compact GEA PowerPak 420X ideal for customized solutions and places the benefits of GEA thermoforming packaging machines at the disposal of smaller and medium-sized production companies and facilities.

GEA PowerPak 460X was developed to meet efficiently any customer's demands for packaging food and non-food products with medium production outputs. As a compact and versatile configuration that can be set up as mirror image, this thermoforming packaging machine flexibly and cost-efficiently produces portion and contour packs with corresponding easy opening or resealing features. This means the compact GEA PowerPak 460X is ideal for customized solutions and offers the benefits of GEA thermoforming packaging machines at the disposal of medium-sized production companies and facilities.

本機は GEA PowerPak と PowerPak PLUS 熱成形機から排出される、すべての MAP（Modified Atmosphere Pack）の残留酸素量を検査する直列品質管理システムです。世界初となる MAP パックの非侵入型酸素測定システムであり、製造されたパッケージの全数検査での直列品質管理に利用可能な現在唯一のソリューションです。GEA CombiPick パッケージ選別＆合流システムでは、不適切な酸素濃度のパッケージが自動的に選別されます。

GEA 熱成形機はもちろんのこと、GEA 以外の熱成形機にも完全に統合可能なクロスウェブラベリングシステムです。シンプルな操作とプログラミング。極めて高い動作速度。高速かつ柔軟な変換。GEA TiroLabel PLUS は凹凸のある表面でも確実に性能を発揮します。モーター駆動の上下位置決めユニットとスプリング装填ピンにより、ミリ単位の精度で MAP パック、真空パック、食品用スキンパックの非空気圧式ラベリングが可能です。

製袋充填プロセス後に食品パッケージの重量誤差や金属汚染を確実に検出する 3 in 1 包装物検査システム。GEA EasyCheck には製品選別システムが搭載されており、金属で汚染されたパッケージや重量が正しくないもの、GEA OxyCheck や LeakCheck など他の検査システムで識別された製品が選別されます。

GEA EasyGuide と GEA PowerGuide 合流装置シリーズは、熱成形包装機アウトフィード用の多目的な搬送ソリューションです。2～6トラックを1トラックに収束し、最大で毎分250個のパッケージを高速処理することができます。これらの機械は熱成形包装システムの切断ステーション後方に配置するようになっています。搬送速度は包装機の速度と同期されます。

GEA PowerPak と Powerpack PLUS 熱成形機に搭載された、最終ライン用シングルパック、ピックアンドプレース、合流装置の複合システムです。GEA OxyCheck や LeakCheck などの品質管理システムにデジタル接続できるようになっており、規格外のパックを特定することができます。GEA CombiPick には、ベルトから良品パックを選別し、最大6レーンの MAP パック、真空パック、スキンパックを1レーンのアウトフィードに収束するピック＆プレースアセンブリが備わっています。

GEA PowerJet is an innovative, highly efficient evacuation and gassing system without the need of side hole punches. This smart solution is based on two longitudinal nozzle bars integrated on both sides of the sealing station of the thermoforming packaging machine. It has a highly effective evacuation and gas flushing process that achieves extremely low and uniform residual oxygen content in any food package with very low operating costs. PowerJet is particularly suitable for use with paper-based and mono-materials and provides in addition to the mentioned key benefits the following features:

• 100% guarantee that package chambers are evacuated and gas flushed 
• 100% separation of evacuation and gas flushing channels in nozzles 
• No risk of cross contamination 
• Hygienic execution and easy cleaning

GEA PowerHeat Z is an innovative, energy-efficient zone heating system for controlled, targeted, uniform heat distribution in the forming stations of the thermoforming packaging machine, where the corresponding area of the heating plate is divided into six zones. It provides excellent forming performance of all food packages and increases the package quality. This smart solution meets the most important sustainability requirements, particularly through the use of mono-materials and thinner films. PowerHeat Z comes up with the following key benefits:
