Microparticolazione
La microparticolazione ha due scopi diversi: innanzitutto utilizza gli scarti di lavorazione e, secondariamente, protegge l'ambiente dall'impatto dei prodotti di scarto evitando di doverli eliminare. Ad esempio, il siero microparticolato può sostituire il grasso o le proteine del latte in numerosi latticini.
