Organisational Structure Change - Important Update.
We are making some changes to our organisational structure that will affect both GEA Process Engineering Pty Ltd and GEA Westfalia Separator Australia Pty Ltd.
The planned changes are as follows:
- On 1 December 2025, GEA Process Engineering will change its legal name to GEA Australia Pty Ltd. The ACN will remain the same.
- On 1 January 2026, all business of GEA Westfalia Separator Australia Pty Ltd will transfer to GEA Australia Pty Ltd – ACN 000 689 618.

GEA reports profitable growth for 2025 and expects accelerated revenue growth
GEA’s past fiscal year was one of significant growth and further profitability gains. In particular, the technology group substantially increased order intake, with all divisions contributing here.
