Patented OverlapSeal

Our Overlapseal which is available on the TwistWrapper machine 600 ensures a hermetically sealed twistwrap. It can wrap lollipops from a diameter 16 up to 30 mm. Regular double-twist wrapping allows moisture to reach the lollipop.  This hermetical seal ensures that moisture will not enter into the wrapping easily which prolongs the shelflife of your lollipops, particularly in areas with high atmospheric humidity. With the tear slit, the OverlapSeal double-twist is extremely easy to open. The film material polypropylene you will be needing with a double sealing layer (inner + outer side)

Patented induction sealing system

This heating system with contacless energy transfer seals  ensures controlled temperature on each individual sealing station which results in a  consistent and best quality of the wrapping around the stick at high speeds.
