
GEA Aquarius PopCooler B
High cooling capacity ensures maximum rentention of quality and ball shape
Working principle
After Forming the lollipops on the FlexFormer machine the ball or cylindrical or round 3D lollipops are transported out of the forming machine via a transporting belt towards the PopCooler B. On the food-grade certified belts the lollipops are being cooled approximately 4 - 6 minutes with use of ambient air.
Following options are available on all the GEA Aquarius PopCooler B machines: variable controlled air ventilation and discharge belt to transport the lollipops out of the cooler to work height

Hygiene
After every 8 to 10 hours production the machine needs to be cleaned according to a cleaning schedule which is included in our manual of the machine.
