The fully automatic wort aeration system
Effective and efficient aeration from WORTSTAR® for consistently exceptional beer.

Designed for optimum yeast activity, flotation and precise fermentation curves for top-quality beers. WORTSTAR® creates a partial vacuum where air is entrained with the wort for improved bubble size and distribution. This increases the surface area for greater contact and oxygen uptake.
The fully automatic wort aeration model includes an automated product trap to prevent liquid passing through into the air pipe. Suitable for DN 40 to DN 125.
A semi-automatic wort aeration unit is also available for craft brewers (suitable for DN 25 to DN 50).
Easy installation – assembled and tested before delivery for quick installation and start-up.
Hygienic – made from stainless steel, with integrated product trap and compatible with CIP (cleaning-in-place) systems.
Automated for efficiency – fully automated model available for continuous and precise wort aeration.
Consistent quality – innovative GEA aeration system for improved oxygen uptake and superior quality beer.
Improved accuracy – monitor air pressure, air flow and air mass flow.
