Procurement management is divided into categories across the GEA Group. Depending on the category, we cooperate with specialized buyers in the procurement market, always with the aim of fulfilling our customers' wishes in the best possible way.
The primary task of GEA's purchasing organization, in addition to bundling group-wide requirements, is the strategic optimization of procurement processes and the entire supply chain. The purchasing organization is also responsible for moderating interdisciplinary category teams. The aim is to strengthen the relationship with our suppliers.
