Your responsibilities and tasks
- Development and enhancement of SAP applications with a focus on ABAP (classic & OO) and modern SAP technologies
- Work in the area of SAP BTP (e.g., extensions, integrations, services) and initial exposure to Joule / AI-supported development
- Design and implementation of output management solutions (Adobe Forms, SmartForms, S/4HANA Output Control)
- Development of interfaces and integration solutions (e.g., APIs, AIF, cloud integration)
- Support with code reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards
- Error analysis and technical problem solving in the SAP environment (debugging, performance optimization)
- Collaboration with functional teams to implement technical requirements
- Work in the area of SAP Document Management (DMS) and integration into business processes
Your profile and qualifications
- Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in SAP development / ABAP (e.g., through internships or (Working student positions)
- Interest in modern SAP technologies (BTP, Cloud, APIs, AI-based tools like Joule)
- Basic understanding of software architecture and development processes
- Initial experience with SAP BTP, CDS Views, OData, or Fiori is advantageous
- Ideally, some exposure to integration topics (API, Events, AIF)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps) is desirable
- Very good communication skills
- Analytical thinking, structured work style, and a strong willingness to learn
- Team spirit and communication skills
