
Responsible for all Data related issues e.g. Data migration, Harmonization, Collection & Distribution, etc.
Full understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure technical feasibility
Coordinates between teams and Stakeholders from Data management prospective
Monitor migration progress and troubleshoot issues within Data management function
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to support better Data management during and after Data Migration.
Validate data quality and integrity post-migration
Ensures Lead Key User and Key User enablement by involving them in Fit/Gap-, Build-, Test- and Train-Phase related to Data management
Responsible working with the team within data collection, cleansing and data validation activities
Identifying, extracting, cleaning, mapping, loading the master data sets from multiple sources into S/4 HANA via repeatable extraction, cleansing, transformation and loading processes
Successfully completed studies with professional experience
Min. 7 years experience in IT and business consulting in SAP projects
At least 7 years of professional experience in the field of SAP Datamigration projects, Implementations, with a focus on DATA
Experience in delivering business insights and supporting data related decisions in all S/4 HANA processes
Extensive experience in DATA related to SAP S/4 HANA
Experience with SAP MDG, Ariba, and C4C would be an added advantage but is not mandatory
Experienced in Business Stakeholder Management
Experience in other areas such as SAP Data Services would be ideal
Experience with roll-out teams, leading cut over tasks in defining Change Management and Test Processes
A strong methodological, technical understanding and an analytical way of working
Ability to work in a team, curiosity and enthusiasm
Very good English skills complete your profile and German would be a plus
Technical skills
Data conversion experience in at least major domains, Material, Customer, Vendor Master Data migrations, preferably also Finance data
Strong understanding of Data Migration Methodologies including profiling, cleansing, collection, transformation, loading and validation activities
Experience in various data migration tools applicable to SAP data migrations such as BODS, LSMW, MDM, etc.
Conceptual understanding of SAP Finance, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP SCM, SAP MDM, SAP PS, SAP PM, Business Partners, Data Governance and Master Data Management
Extensively versed in MS Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, MS Project, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint and other MS Office products for data Analysis etc.
