Your responsibilities and tasks
As an IT On Site Services Consultant, you provide on-site IT support and coordinate with outsourced IT service providers.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
Monitor IT operations and act as an escalation point when required.
Support end users with IT-related questions and guide them through IT processes.
Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and business teams.
Maintain and document site-specific IT support activities.
Participate in local and global IT projects and contribute to service improvements.
Collaborate with international colleagues to enhance IT service quality across GEA.
Support multiple GEA sites within driving distance of your primary location.
Your profile and qualifications
Around 5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or end-user computing.
Experience supporting both on-site and remote users.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Knowledge of workplace IT infrastructure and endpoint technologies.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an international team.
Structured and proactive way of working.
Experience with ITIL-based service management is a plus.
Project management experience is considered an advantage.
