Our proven GEA PureCon series features a selection of highly efficient nozzle separators and self-cleaning separators. The KDB 3 completes the PureCon series as the smallest “family member” with a capacity of up to 200 kg/h fresh cheese (of 15.5 to max 18 % DS) and cream cheese “light” (of 18 to max 26 % DS).

The KSE 10 is your versatile solution for cream cheese and Mascarpone production – whether you're looking to test new recipes or launch a small-scale product line. Hot separation takes place at 80 °C, ensuring consistent, high-quality results.
