This position combines commercial support and data analysis, to enhance business efficiency. The professional in this role will support the sales team by generating analyses, preparing quotations, coordinating operational activities, and monitoring key business indicators.
The role is designed for engineers with analytical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams to drive commercial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Support & Quotation Management
- Generate quotations for spare parts, upgrades, and customization for regional clients.
- Manage customer orders and requests, enduring timely responses and high service quality.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
- Maintain update customer information, opportunities, and commercial activities in the CRM system.
2. Operational & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with Supply Chain on procurement, fulfillment, and logistics of customer requirements.
- Monitor delivery timelines, internal requests, and process steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze commercial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, presentations, dashboards, and KPI analysis for management.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Excel/Sheets and Power Bi to support decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting process through data collection, consolidation, and validation.
4. Administrative Management & Compliance
- Prepare operational documents such as reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and special materials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, corporate policies, and operational standards.
- Support internal audit processes by providing update documentation and maintaining organized records.
- Submit and manage expense reports through Concur, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
5. Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain clear, timely communication with internal teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.
- Support Operational relationship management with clients and external partners.
- Facilitate coordination between all areas involved in commercial, operational, and logistics processes.
