Control the Crumb with the CrumbMaster Gen 2 

Visit our stand and be the first to meet our newest coating equipment, CrumbMaster Gen 2. This is the latest evolution of GEA’s trusted in-line crumb coating/breading system for highly-accurate application of fine, coarse or specialty crumbs on poultry, meat, fish and plant-based foods.

CALLIFREEZE® is a unique control technology developed for the GEA range of freezers for the food industry. It measures the level of frozenness inline, at the freezer exit, without direct contact with the food product. CALLIFREEZE® monitors the condition of products exiting the freezer, and then automatically calibrates the freezer parameters to ensure that the product is frozen according to requirements.

Efficiency, package quality and safety with better productivity and lower operating costs: that’s what users may expect from the GEA PowerPak PLUS thermoforming packaging machine. It features innovative equipment that improves the quality and tightness of any type of package. The robust construction ensures high availability at high volumes.

The PowerPak PLUS can be equipped with the innovative PowerJet, the new evacuation and gassing system developed by GEA and particularly suitable for use with paper-based and mono-materials. This solution avoids the use of side hole punches. The result? Extremely low and uniform residual oxygen content in any food package with very low operating costs. The GEA PowerHeat, with its ultrathin heating plate and individually controllable heating zones, allows to form packaging of consistent thickness, resulting in great quality. It boosts productivity by up to 10% and offers energy savings of up to 30%. The PowerHeat allows the use of recyclable mono-materials and the potential to reduce plastic without compromising on packaging quality and functionality.

The GEA S-Tec spiral freezer offers maximum hygiene, quality, high efficiency, and reliability. GEA is a worldwide leader in the baking industry, supplying  lines with production capacities ranging from 500 to 2000 kg/h. Cake processing lines are designed to produce goods  such as cupcakes, muffins, marbled or two color cakes, decorated cakes or injected ones. The process is modular, and the line can be composed of different machines according to customer needs. GEA provides technology for the production of double or triple sandwich, filled or spot-deposited biscuits, directly in line with the oven, without the need for complex, expensive stacking systems. 

 Developed to offer high depositing accuracy, the GEA Bake Capptronic features a smart biscuit tilting system, coupled with a manifold design that maintains product weight, so you can expect reproducible, precisely formed products, whatever recipe, texture or form. 

 Constructed using food-grade stainless steel, the GEA Bake Capptronic has been designed to aid fast and thorough washing, and to minimize the risk of water sitting and stagnating in any areas of the equipment after washing. All the conveyor components can be stripped down for easy cleaning, and the manifold and capping motion units are housed in secure stainless-steel enclosure.

GEA provides our customers’ needs to develop a product combining consumer health trends. This then grants us to refine the production process for noodles. Hence, allowing us to develop a fat-free version while maintaining the same experience on your palate. Our mission was to maintain the same texture on the palate to the fried product ensuring a similar rehydration time in hot water. Thanks to our technology, we have succeeded in this mission which is why fat-free noodles are therefore to be considered an instant product.
