Highlights at our booth include: 

• An operating slice and pack line that includes the GEA UniSlicer L and a PowerPak 1000. Ideal for start-ups and mid-sized manufacturers, this combination can be counted on to deliver low operating costs and high productivity. From sausages to sliced cheese, the line caters to a diverse product line with varying package types including vacuum, MAP and skin. It also handles the green packaging so important to today’s consumer.
• We’re packaging sweet treats on our GEA SmartPacker TwinTube. The GEA SmartPacker TwinTube is the right choice for packaging snack-sized packets of candy, nuts, cookies and crackers. It offers a production output of up to 500 pillow bags per minute. The unit is ideal for a variety of laminates, including recyclable paper. 
• Come see our GEA BATCH FORMULA® PRO high shear mixer, used in multiple applications and available with and without vacuum. Units with a vacuum introduce powder below the liquid surface, resulting in optimal mixing and process times. Without vacuum, the mixer allows all powder and liquid to be added manually or via a bin filter. Either mixer option saves energy and time, but also optimizes CIP processes and manufacturing economies. Test units are available.  
• Take a close look at our wide selection of GEA valves featured on a display manifold. These hygienic components are ideal for use in dairy and beverage applications.
• Investigate options for bottling aseptic beverages that contain fiber, pieces of fruit and cereals. We call them “chunky” beverages. We will be displaying high speed, yet gentle dosing valves that can be used in our filling systems like the GEA Fillstar to get the job done.
• Find out more about our lab-sized equipment. This includes the GEA PandaSMART lab homogenizer which will be on display.  It’s packed with innovative features that can elevate laboratory processes to new heights of efficiency and precision.
• Get up close and personal with a GEA Disk Centrifuge skid. Our skids come with a standard package that makes them the perfect choice for manufacturers looking to increase yield and manage the consistency of their product. A key component in separation and washing of alternative proteins and much more, GEA centrifuges are sized for lab through industrial production. 
• Learn about our GEA Model R Filtration Skid, used to perform pilot studies on membrane filtration technologies (MF, UF, NF and RO) under a wide range of operating conditions and a variety of membrane types.
