The solution consists of two key elements:
GEA Aseptic Filling & Emptying Station
The station is permanently installed on site and is fully integrated into your production and cleaning processes. As the central hygienic interface enables safe and controlled filling and emptying of the mobile aseptic tank system.
Because the station remains fixed in your facility, you benefit from maximum operational flexibility. Mobile aseptic tanks can be connected or disconnected as needed, allowing you to ship milk and other liquid products to different destinations without compromising hygiene, quality, or process control.
Mobile Aseptic Tank
The mobile aseptic tank combines advanced aseptic processing with the mobility of an ISO-certified transport tank. The result is a flexible, high-performance solution for modern liquid food and beverage logistics.
At the heart of the system is GEA’s aseptic technology, designed to maintain a fully sterile product environment. Valves and process components are based on GEA’s high end technologies and high-end aseptic design standards. This helps protect sensitive liquids such as milk, plant-based beverages, and other products from contamination throughout transport and storage, preserving taste, appearance, nutritional value, and shelf life.
The solution also benefits from Oriental Tank’s ISO tank and logistics expertise, enabling safe, efficient, and globally standardized transport. The mobile tank can move easily between production sites and across borders by truck, train, or sea freight. This gives companies flexibility to scale capacity, redirect product flows, and respond quickly to changing market needs.
